About Richard

Richard established his home in Qualicum Beach in 1980 with his wife and their three children and continues to actively support the community wherever possible. Richard has over 20 years experience as a Realtor and has been awarded the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board's coveted Medallion Award for many years. Richard is a holder of the Royal Lepage Award of Excellence and the Director's Platinum Award, and the Top 10 Realtors in British Columbia for Royal Lepage. This is Richard's full time profession as well as his full time passion......... He just loves selling real estate!
